What types of clients do you serve?

All types! We work with a diverse range of industries, tailoring our strategies and designs to meet the specific needs of your business and audience. Some of our clients’ industries include restaurants, real estate, publishing, technology/SaaS, gaming, and more.

What is your payment policy?

We accept payment via direct deposit, credit card, or check. We will charge 30% upon the start of the project, 30% at the halfway point, and the remaining balance upon completion. For retainer contracts, we will bill our clients bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th.

Do you offer retainer agreements?

Yes, we offer monthly retainers for ongoing support, including graphic design, communications strategy, social media management, thought leadership coaching, and more.

What if I change my mind about the direction of the project?

We understand that business needs can change on a whim and we are here to accommodate as much of that as possible. As we work, we will always keep a line of open communication with you to assure that any changes and feedback are welcome and readily available to be adapted to. Please note that such changes can incur additional hours charged and an update in project fee.

Do you offer packages or custom solutions?

We sure do! We created our packages as a “catch-all” on what our clients may need, based on our experience and where they are in their journey. We also offer customized solutions that take into account scope, timeline, and other specifics that you want us to know.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. Branding projects may take 2-4 weeks, while website redesigns can take 8-12 weeks. Since no two projects are the same, timelines can fluctuate based on your needs. No matter the estimate, we guarantee clear communication regarding updates, timelines, and will do our best to accommodate!

Can you handle rush projects?

Depending on our availability, we can accommodate rush timelines for an additional fee. Usually between 25-50% charge on top of our typical pricing applies.

How involved do I need to be?

You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We’ll guide the process and check in at key milestones to ensure the project is in accordance with your business’s needs and preferences.
